I turned in the spring picture order form right away, then kind of forgot about them. So I checked my calendar on Friday night and saw I worked Sat and Sun and pictures were Monday morning! How was I going to shop for a new outfit from work? Josh was nice enough to make an Old Navy run for me. So I get home from work to find $200 worth of new clothes. He did a really good job. I was sad to return everything except for the outfit she wore! I think she looked adorable. Except for Little Miss took off the cute jacket right before the picture because it was “too clumsy”. Can not wait to get the photos!

Valentine’s Day
Happy love day! Kayleigh had a party at school. But why do the big kids have all the fun? Not today! We were invited to Nerissa’s house for a special V Day party for the little ones! It was decorated beautifully. Most importantly, there was chocolate! Taylor’s true love is chocolate! There was also delicious french toast, mail boxes for our valentines, and our friends! I didn’t pull out my camera until the end, so I missed pictures of Sam, the Davern kiddos, and Miss Jena.
Here is Taylor’s other true love…Lukey!
Taylor had to give everyone a hug and kiss goodbye. Her and Lukey gave each other a big hug and a wet kiss right on the lips. Then as we were getting into the car, I was talking with Riss at the trunk and Taylor was getting in the car. We look over to see Luke leaning in the car door and Taylor popping her head out for some more kisses! Little Valentine love birds!

D Back Fan Fest
Today we headed out to the Diamondback Fan Fest with the girls and my parents. We got to walk around the stadium and the field. It was definitely cool to stand on the field and look up at the stands, such a different perspective. Then we toured the dug out and locker rooms. The field was set up with bounce houses and kids activities. We then went to Five Guys for lunch and had some fun downtown. We could barely keep the girls awake on the car ride home, so that they would nap when we got home. Taylor had to put her stinky feet in Addie’s face to make her giggle and not sleep!
Best friends on the car ride there…
Some of these bouncies were for ages 8 and up. But my little 4 year old weaseled her way on. Some of them were races and she would win every time!
Sitting in the dug out…
The girls saying good bye…
A little splash area we found downtown…
Go D Backs!

Tay’s Big Girl Bed
No more cribs in this house! We converted Taylor Mae’s toddler bed into her big girl bed. She was super excited to sleep in it and absolutely loves it! It is completely ridiculous the amount of things she tries to stuff in her bed. There was barely room for her in her toddler bed so we had to get her into something bigger. She loves all her toys and is such a little hoarder. She goes right to sleep and doesn’t play with them, but she wants them cuddled in right by her! She slept all night without a problem. She shares a strong love for sleep with her Daddy. Such a big girl!

Valentine Cookies
Great Grandma Lou sent a few boxes of sugar cookies, frosting and sprinkles for the girls to decorate. They had a yummy time for sure. Thank you Gma Lou for such a fun and tasty treat!
I can barely see Addie’s cookie under all those sprinkles! Delicious!

Valentine’s Box
The girls may just have one of the best Great Grandmas ever! Grandma Lou sent the girls a box full of Valentine’s goodies today. There was books, clothes, and of course cookies and candy! They are so excited to decorate the cookies with Addie. They did get to taste a few cookies today, just to make sure they were still fresh after the travel.

Kindergarten
We signed Kayleigh up for Kindergarten today!! When did she get so old? She was so excited to visit her new school. She got this special coloring book to work on while I filled out her forms. She was very proud of herself and can not wait!
Josh and I have been trying to decide for a while to sign her up for half or full day Kindergarten. After talking with some different teachers and parents we decided to do the 6 hour day instead of the 3 hour day. This year she does 3 hours and it is perfect. It gets her out of the house and she is learning so much. I just think she is so little to spend so much time in school. But apparently half and full day have the same curriculum but the half day cuts a lot of the specials like computers or music. Our afternoons now are hanging at home, because Taylor is still a big napper. So we thought, being that she loves school, better to have her there learning and having fun, then just hanging at home with me. It will be good for her, it will just be a big change. We are all looking forward to this new and exciting part of our lives!
