Royal Wedding Party

Taylor and I were invited to watch the royal wedding today at the Freeman’s house, along with Kristi and Sam. It was a proper little English party. Complete with tea, coffee cake, and bread. So yummy. We had a fun time watching the wedding and critiquing the dresses, hats and kisses. Thanks Rissy! Taylor said her favorite part of the day was watching Lukey get home from school on the school bus! Not grabbing the cactus and letting Riss take out the thorns, tough girl!

We got home to Daddy and Kayleigh putting together the Christmas present the Dobberpuhl’s gave us! The girls had fun playing outside. Only once did someone fall off! This may have to be a supervised toy.

Track and Field Day

K Prep had track and field day today! It was so much fun and brought back so many memories of being in elementary school. The sixth graders help run every station. They were all so fun and sweet to the little kids. It was nice to spend the school morning running around outside getting some of the end of the school year wiggles out!

Exhausting

You have no idea how seriously exhausting it is to be this cute and so very sassy all day long!

A Girl and Her Cars

My sweet girly tom boy. She wants to wear a pretty dress, of course. But HAS to wear a Cars bow in her hair. Then she totes around her new favorite Cars toys. Love this girl!

Easter

This was a very relaxing Easter. We spent the early morning at home. The girls opened a few small present that the Easter bunny brought in their baskets.

We all went over to my parents for some swimming, food, presents, and family fun! We spend the late afternoon swimming. The girls are all such little fishes!

Uncle Jared attacked my poor daughter with silly string…

…but don’t you worry, she retaliated!

I later got covered in silly string. It was quite the war! The best days are the ones we spend having fun with our family!

Easter Eggs

We hung out with Gaga Lisa tonight, getting ready for Easter! We decorated some eggs, got messy, and had fun!

Kayleigh was quite proud of her artistic skills. This is Taylor when she realized red and blue make…purple!!

Easter at The Freemans

This was the most incredible celebration EVER! We had such a blast. The Freeman’s know how to throw an Easter Celebration! There was an Easter egg hunt. Kayleigh was so excited to have found a golden egg. There was candy and a slew of amazing prizes put together by Nerissa.

Then we enjoyed the petting zoo. Kayleigh is in complete love with animals and loved every second of this!

Kayleigh probably spent the most time on the pony ride. We were the last ones left at the party. The pony’s owner was so sweet to Kayleigh. He just kept walking her around the yard and she loved every minute of it!

My sweet Taylor loved the pony as well, but had no desire to ride the pony. She just wanted to be by Lukey in the petting zoo. It was so sweet to watch. There was a ton of baby chicks. Taylor wanted to hold them, but was too afraid to pick them up. So Luke would basically man handle them and give them to Taylor. Then when she was done, he would take it and give her the next one she pointed at.

What a wonderful way to start the Easter weekend. We love you Freeman Family!!
